PURCHASING GUIDE
Cementdecor is not responsible for connection errors or technical malfunctions that the customer may experience during the purchase process on this website.
To purchase products, the customer must access the online store available on this website, where they can view the products and their characteristics, and add the desired item(s) to the “shopping cart” by clicking on the designated icon. When selecting a product, the customer must indicate the color, if applicable, as well as the number of units they wish to purchase. By selecting and adding an item to the cart, the customer can choose to complete the purchase or continue shopping.
At any time, the customer may access their shopping cart to review a summary of the products added, including their basic characteristics, total price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs. The customer may modify the contents of the cart at any time by removing unwanted items. All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Cementdecor undertakes to ensure that all information provided to the customer regarding each product in the cart summary is accurate and truthful, but cannot guarantee the absence of possible errors. If such errors are detected, Cementdecor will promptly notify the customer by sending an email to the address provided, requesting confirmation of the order with the corrected details. If the customer does not confirm the purchase of the product(s) in which the error was detected, that part of the order will be canceled.
After reviewing the order summary, the customer must choose one of the available payment methods:
- Credit or debit card: the customer pays by securely entering their card details through the bank’s payment gateway using the Secure Payment platform. This system complies with the secure e-commerce standards adopted by the international Visa and MasterCard networks to ensure the authenticity of the buyer. For the customer to use this payment method, the issuing bank must support Secure Payment transactions. If the customer encounters problems completing the payment, they should contact their bank. Cementdecor does not have access to confidential customer information related to payment methods; therefore, for each new purchase, payment details must be entered again.
- Bank transfer or deposit: once the purchase has been completed, the customer will receive an email with instructions to make the transfer for the total amount of the order. After the payment has been made, the customer must send an email to info@cementdecor.com including proof of payment or transfer and the order reference number. Once payment is verified, the order will be shipped. If the customer has not made the transfer within 7 calendar days, the order will be canceled. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
After selecting the payment method, the customer must accept the general terms and conditions of the transaction by ticking the corresponding checkbox, thereby completing the purchase process.
The purchase contract between Cementdecor and the customer will not be considered fully executed until payment for the order has been received. Once payment is confirmed, within 24 hours Cementdecor will send an email to the address provided by the customer, confirming the order with its details and shipping information.
Cementdecor will only be obliged to supply the products listed in that order confirmation and according to the specified details. The customer must immediately review the contents of the confirmation and, in case of any errors, notify Cementdecor promptly at info@cementdecor.com, so that the necessary corrections can be made.
Failure by the customer to send such notification will constitute express acceptance of the products and information contained in the order confirmation sent by Cementdecor.
